Talk to any real estate investors and they all have their own reasons to tell why they invest in real estate. You may have come across investors that are quite active and aggressive like participating in real estate auctions and flipping properties for profit  or renting it. There are investors who are conservative and they often see real estate investments to generate additional income and build equity in their investment. Whatever type of investor you are, I can help you with your real estate investments.

Many times, I have come across families who wanted to sell their house but they ends up converting their house into an investment property. There are certain conditions that need to be evaluated before I even suggest going down this path. Once you decide that you want to be a landlord, I will be helping you in every step to become a successful landlord.

In some cases it makes sense to sell your house and use the proceeds to fund your next investment property purchase. I am a conservative investor and I always suggest my investors to use debt to their advantage. There are federal and state laws that come into picture when you advertise your house as a rental and evaluate potential renters. Lease negotiation and lease contract is another area where I can help you with. Once a lease contract is in place and the tenant has moved in, management of the property starts to take a bigger role.
