A home buying process is a journey that starts with your dream of home ownership. Then comes the reality of what houses are available and then finding the right balance between your dreams and reality. I am here as a friend and as your adviser to help you find that balance and be completely satisfied and happy with your purchase decision.

There are certain steps that I suggest to my buyers before even beginning their home search. Once you start looking for houses with me, I will be guiding on each and every step whether be in searching county records for your house, navigating through financing process, understanding HUD / closing statements or just anything that comes across.

Selling your house

 

Selling your house is always going to be a tricky decision and more challenging than buying a house. This is the time when you have to be critical of your house that you loved and make it fetch good sale price.

I usually begin with visiting the house and have in person discussion with the owners. This is also an opportunity for me to review your house and suggest measures to make your house listing stand out from other similar listings. I may suggest cosmetic changes or even a small home improvement project that can make your house attractive to buyers.

Once your house gets listed, it needs to be advertised and I make use of various platforms to market your house to potential buyers. Once offers start to come in for your house, you will be in the driving seat. Every offer that you get will have pros and cons and it's my job to help you understand those and make a decision that makes the most financial sense. My goal is to help you earn top dollar on your house sale. Period.
